The room was clean, comfy bed, hot shower, nice towels, everything we needed for a good night sleep. The pillows are large and hard. That was the only discomfort.
Our room was very clean and smelled great upon entering. We were arriving VERY late (2am) and the lobby was open for us to be able to get our key and the lamp was on in our room which we greatly appreciated with coming in so late. Check In was super easy. We would definitely stay here again of traveling in the area. Highly recommend
This has quickly become my new favorite place to stay in Newberry. The new management has made some great updates, making the space very clean, comfortable, and affordable. It’s the perfect spot to hit the trails and offers easy check-in. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
Booked a reservation here but had an unfortunate accident on my snowmobile the day of my reservation and wasn’t able to make it. The team at the trail inn were more than accommodating in issuing me a refund even though it was after the 24hr cancellation period. I will definitely be staying here soon as I return to Newberry!
We absolutely loved staying here. The rooms were spotless and the self check in was so simple. Can't wait for our next road trip to the UP and this sweet little Inn.
This was a great stop on the first leg of our UP tour! We only stayed one night but it would have been comfortable to stay there for a few days. We loved the automated check in process, it was so seamless and they were very communicative with us leading up to the check-in! Comfortable beds, clean room, we would stay here again!
Easy check-in process. Room was very clean! Great value! Just a suggestion...add an extra lock/chain on the door for extra peace of mind. I would stay here again!
This was a great surprise. Everything was above my expectations. The manger was great and helpful. Room was great, shower( best water pressure and hot water I've had in awhile) Had good wifi and cable reception.
